How much does it cost to pre-book an airport lounge visit? 

For the first 12 months, pre booking costs will be covered by Barclays and therefor you will not need to pay any extra. After the 12 months, selected lounges will be available to pre-book for a fee of £5 per person per visit. When searching for lounges it will specify on the information page if pre-booking is available at that location or visit our pre-booking section directly. 

Lounge bookings must be made at least 48 hours before your chosen time. 

Please make sure to keep your pre-booking confirmation email as you will need to show this when accessing the lounge. 

 

Can I cancel or amend a pre-booking lounge request? 
You must notify us at least 48 hours prior to your booking time to cancel or make any changes. Any changes beyond this time cannot be made and no refund will be issued. 

Call Membership Services to make any changes to your pre-booking request. 

 

Is there a limit on how many times I can visit a lounge? 
Barclays Traveller Plus members can enjoy access to all participating lounges free-of-charge – subject to availability using their 6 inclusive visits. If there are other people in your travelling party who are not Barclays Traveller Plus members and you have sufficient visits available to cover your guests, they can also enter under your membership.  If you do not have enough visits to cover your guests, guest visits can be purchased in advance through this app or the website for £16 per extra guest. 

 

How many airport lounges can I access? 
With DragonPass you have access to a network of over 1100 airport lounges globally. 

 

How do I locate a lounge in the airport? 
You can use the ‘Near me now’ facility in the App to find the location of the lounges within the airport. Alternatively, you can search the airport and select the lounge you are looking for and there will be directions on where the lounge is located.  

 

How long can I stay in the lounge? 
Each lounge will have its own set of terms and conditions. Most lounges will permit a maximum of 2 to 3 hours however, for exact times please view your chosen lounge on the app or online to view the maximum stay time 

 

Can I take other people into a lounge if they do not have a membership? 
Guest visits can be purchased in advance through this app or the website. Please note that any guests must be travelling with you to gain access to the lounge. 

 

Can I take children into an airport lounge and what facilities are there? 
Many lounges will allow children into the lounge. Some lounges will charge the same rate as an adult guest (guest visits can be purchased through this website or the app if required) and others will allow children under a certain age to enter for free. Each lounge will have its own set of terms and conditions regarding children, so please contact your chosen lounge directly. Some lounges may have facilities specifically for children such as play areas and some even have games consoles areas. 

You can log in on our website or use the App to search for specific facilities. 

 

Can I access a lounge if I have forgotten my card? 
The airport lounge cannot allow you access without either your digital or plastic membership card. A digital version of your membership card is available when logging in to the Traveller Plus app. If you need further support please call membership services and we can email you a copy of your membership card ready for you to print. 

 

What facilities can I expect to find in a lounge? 
Facilities may differ for each lounge however for most lounges you can expect; Flight Monitors; Snacks; Non-Alcoholic Drinks; Wi-Fi Access; Televisions; Newspaper and Magazines. You can log on to our website or use the App to search for specific facilities. 

 

Is there Wi-Fi access in the lounges? 
Facilities may differ for each lounge however most lounges will provide Wi-Fi access free of charge. You can log in online or use the App to search for specific facilities. 

 

Do I need any other documents as well as my membership card to access the lounge? 
To access the airport lounge you will need your passport and boarding card as these will verify your identity. It is important that the name on your membership card matches that on your passport and boarding card. Airport lounges will check these to establish your right to access the lounge. If you have pre booked a space in the lounge you will need to present your pre booking eCertificate which will have your pre booking details on and a QR code. 

 

Can I use a lounge irrespective of the airline I am travelling with and class of my ticket? 
Once you have registered your membership you can request access to any of our airport lounges worldwide regardless of airline or class you are flying with. 

 

Can someone else use my card to gain access? 
No, your membership is specific to you. You can purchase lounge visits for any guests at a rate of £16 per person per visit. Please note any guests must be with you at the time to gain entry to the lounge. 

 

How do I view my lounge visits? 
You can view your visit history by logging into the App or website and selecting My Profile and then Visit History. 

 

Are the airport lounges run by DragonPass? 
No. Lounges are run by various companies. You can see who runs a specific lounge by logging into our website or the App. 

 

Do lounges provide flight information? 
Many lounges do provide flight information boards. Some, but not all, have a broadcast facility for messages so it is important you monitor the flight information board closely for any changes which may affect your flight. There is no obligation on the lounges to provide flight information or announcements. 

 

Why did I need to accept cookies again when accessing the lounge pre-booking area? 
Our online pre-booking service is managed by DragonPass who provide your Airport Lounge Access membership in conjunction with Lifestyle Services Group Limited. 

 

Is there any restriction on how far in advance I can pre-book a lounge? 
Lounges cannot be booked more than 12 months in advance from the request date.
